1.      STMG391 – 10B (HAM) Strategic Management

Strategic Management is concerned with maximising an organisation's competitive advantage. The Strategic Management approach is to take a top management view of the organisation which is deemed crucial in creating futures for the firm.

2.      FINA312 – 10B (HAM) Portfolios & Markets

An introduction to portfolio construction, management, and protection. Based on the concept of risk-return trade-off, this paper discusses the techniques and implications of efficient portfolio diversification and the allocation of assets among different securities.

3.        MSYS376-10B (HAM)  Operations Management

This course addresses the operations of organizations from a strategic and operational perspective. It addresses crucial questions such as: How are corporate strategy and operational strategy linked? How are new products and services designed and introduced? Where should a new facility be located? How should operations be planned and controlled so as to achieve the strategic plan? These and other issues are covered using class discussions, case studies, and practical examples.
